Course Curriculum Overview

I did my graduation in BBA Finance. To enrich my skills and gain experience, I chose to do MBA. The faculties are extremely cooperative. KSOM has faculties from very reputable colleges. Exams are a little difficult.

Class Size: 380Course Fees: INR 1450000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We have around 100 +companies visiting our campus every year for the internship process. The highest internship package is 55000 Per month which was bagged by an Engineering student. Finance, HR, operations, and analytics internship are provided.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is also good. We have a good number of companies coming. Deloitte, KPMG, loreal, HDFC, ICICI, IDBI, and several other good companies visit the campus every year for the placement process. KIIT guarantees a 100% placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is a little high compared to other colleges. But the facilities are great. One can avail scholarship by securing the 80 percentile in CAT or securing a rank from 1-5 to avail of a 50% tuition fee redemption.

Campus Life

There are several clubs regarding the domains and others also. Domain clubs are finance clubs, marketing clubs, and HR clubs. You have a sports club, NSS club, and Rotaract club also. Life at the campus is pretty amazing.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are all AC rooms. You have a common washroom along with a personal room for a premium hostel for which you need to pay an extra Rs. 10000 per semester to avail of premium hostel. It is a fully residential campus.

Hostel Fee: INR 375000 per year

Admission

The GDPI process is conducted after you clear the KIITEE exam. Based on your performance you are eligible for study at KSOM. The fee is about 14,50,000 including hostel, laptop, and mess charges. It has a good placement process along with internship opportunities.

Interview Experience

3.5

Gd topics are mostly related to current issues. One needs to have a proper idea about the economy. A clear sense of the finance industry. Someone reading the newspaper daily will help them get through the process easily and smoothly.

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. Kalinga School of Management - where great manager come from

Eligibility is 50% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th boards.candidates those who have appeared in the 12th examination and expecting results before 31st August,2024 can also apply for the program also those who have appeared in UGAT can also apply with valid score. Further candidate will be selected based on their UGAT Score or Career Marks and Performance in Personal Interview. apart from the above exam score ,KSOM takes admission based on KIITEE Management entrance exam which is of 2.5hrs exam with 150 multiple choice questions. This year it was conducted on 19-21 jan 2024, happens once after this same procedure of Personal interview takes place.
