Expected to be an Engineer but I an Engineer graduate

The college needs to improve in giving job related courses.The syllabus is also outdated.If the syllabus is updated ,it will be helpful

VIT. There is a good platform to learn and experiment the course.My rank was around 50,000 in all India ranking.I have even attempted Amritha University exam and my rank was 22000.I tried Amritha University because it had the reputation of providing good education

I had 2008 regulations under Anna University.The syllabus was outdated and we still had Java only in the final year while the World has moved to new programming languages.The staff have good knowledge about the course.But Engineering has to learn by doing new experiment.

Not all all.The highest package offered was 6.5lakhs and only few MNC companies visited the campus. Amazon,Zoho,HGS were the top MNC that have visited the campus.There were many off campus interview and mostly only 20 percentage of students got placed in a good companies

We have a big inter college event called Tech fest.It is a culture as well a knowledge event and every year my college host a national level symposium and many international events and workshops. There will be at least 1 guest to address the students.There are many value added courses that helps to add value to your resume.The is also special coaching classes for placement as well

It's expensive. If you are from a management. The cost of Engineering in my college will be around 60k-1lakh. The college also have hostel facilities and they provide good food to the inmates.The fees is feasible but most of the students won't prefer to stay in hostel and so they opt to rent a home.

There is lot of scholarship provided by many Government and non government agencies.Loan is very easy to get it approved. Many students opt for loan from government banks.

The campus is congested with buildings. We have a good sports teams.We are the top team in our region in games like cricket and hockey. There is no good food court to have a good meal. The gender ratio is equal. There is gym facilities and library is open till 9 p.m. The campus has lot of trees. It is a green campus

The hostel rooms are sufficient for 3.There is an option for 2 sharing room as well.The room is furnished with 2 study tables and 2 chairs.There are 1 double bed and one single bed.Hostel are different for Men and women.Hostel serve 3 meals and snacks for students.The food is manageable .

We have a good alumni network.There is an alumni meet every year and also there is a frequent visit by the best alumni and the students will have an interaction session with the students

It's semester basis.Every 4 months you will have a exam for 6 subjects and 3 practical exams. There are about 3 internal test in the 4 months of each semester.The marks are given In grade point and if you pass the grade will be S,A,B,C,D,E .You have 7 years to complete the course.If you haven't cleared a paper you have to appear for the same subject again.

I studied my Engineering in Dr.N.G.P institute of Technology.There are to ways to get admission.One you can go to normal admission procedure by Anna University or you can get a seat directly by going to the college (Management seat).There will be a fixed number of seat from the college.Say if it 120 seats available 40 will be filled by college Management and remaining by counselling by the state government
