My college days

The final thing i would like to say is the management does lots of thing to the student all around...but i think with placement they should make little more effort they should make the student move forward from beginning and start the career process from the starting of the year so that they can gain many things and experience to be prepared for the placement

As a Tamil Nadu student we had counselling for engineering course. My cut off mark was 190.25 out of 200 so thats why I got this one of the top college in our city. I took CSE because i had interest in CS from my childhood and even in my PU I took CS and thats my passion too.

The course curriculum is really good which cover all the required subject of the specific course...we had electives for CSE like java, data mining, networks, web development,SQL... And many other electives plus mini project and main projects are very well assisted and executed

our college doesn't provide internship but the company which comes they do...and the companies like tech mahindra, think and learn, mind tree, and soft tech , and many other topnotch companies offer internship and its often worth it...

Placement and job oppurtunities were little bit less when compared to last year...this year totally 950 got placed over all and the companies were: Tech mahindra-3.5L Think and Learn-6L RnD Softtech-3L MindTree-4L Vee Technologies-2.4L Mistral solution-6L Sunred infotech-4L Oracle-4.5L HCL-5L And many more where there

We had lots of events technical as well as non technical.. technical events like workshops, symposiums and many events in symposiums are organized and prizes are distributed... non tech we have lot of things through put the year... like NRI fest, Sonata , Sonautsav which is one of the biggest and hot fest cultural of the year where we invite celebrities to our college and rock the stage...

Fee structure is affordable...if by management then the tuition fee per year will be around 90k And if by counselling its 45k per year...apart from tuition fee we also have book lab and other fees of 10 k and semester exams fees of 3 k so totally may be 1L per year including everything will be enough to be comfortable...

Yeah we have scholarship that is Tamil Nadu government BC/SC/ST scholarship and if we score good marks we have other scholarship according to that

The extra curricular activities are well arranged because we have lots of different clubs in our college for talent and personality development apart from those we have many other research center for each department and labs with well equipped machines.. The students are diverse and all participate and gel with each other apart the caste, gender and all

The hostel is really good and well maintained we have Indian hostel separately and NRI hostel separately... and the food is accordingly prepared in both the hostels and the fee for the hostel is 80K per year and NRI will be little bit greater than that

Yeah the alumni of our college working in different companies even they tell us about their experience and share their thoughts... we also have a session with them whenever they come we get a chance to speak and ask our doubt...our college arrange a guest lecture to motivate us

No exams and labs where cool because the exams will be only a half of the day...there will be time to study even in college it will be in morning or evening...and the labs are well equipped with lab assistance who will help and guide us...totally its well arranged but the questions may be unexpected in exams sometime

You can get admission by management or by counselling...if your cut off is good enough then you can go by counselling which makes you to pay only government allocated annual fee...but if by management you have to pay the admission fee separately for joining and then the tuition fee as well...

All the faculty are qualified in their particular stream..they are gentle and polite who teaches everything and even clarify doubts whenever the students ask. Mostly they are post graduates and many are PhD and research professors...who are still doing works in their respective field and even motivate student and make us to learn with them
