Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in doing such inventions and experiments so I decided to take mechanical engineering. The faculty were very friendly and the teaching also nice .... Different teachers and different teaching methods. Some were taught well and some were not

Internships Opportunities

In the final year, we have done projects with our friends. Like dual cooking and cooling refrigeration using a log cylinder..... Solar water heater... Biogas formation ..... Etc... We made projects successfully

Placement Experience

In some companies from the 5th or 6th semester onwards, students were eligible to attend placements but more over only 4th-year students were eligible to all companies. Up to now, so many companies have visited campus like Genpact, telecommunication, ram group, focus edumatics etc

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually am autonomous. The fees are around more than 85000 if anyone gets a seat in college they want to pay the 50000 to the college's remaining amount paid by the government... And if in case there were sc category students... The student who got a seat is completely free

Campus Life

In my academic year, I have attended many fests like..... 1. Technocraft 2. Silver jublee fest 3. Traditional day etc The fests were conducted and successes very well. Alot of memories with friends etc.

Admission

The admission process is very simple. Just Go and meet management and discuss fees and courses later if you are okay with the amount then you can proceed with the submission of documents... They were very polite

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

my college life

Placement Experience:

there are different companies which come to our clg at the time of fourth year and sometimes before that,top companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys etc recruit students.everybody definitely leaves the clg with a job in their hands, this record has nver been brokne. students also go for mtech, masters,mba and score good in all the entrance exams.the highest package was 92lpa , the student was placed in Rubrik company.the averge package is min 21lpa.there are different job profiles offered here, in many feild not restricting so to a a particular field.100% students get placed here as i told you previously.my plan after getting the degree is doing mba from top iims in india. i am really looking forward to acing the cat exam.

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability. I haven't applied to other colleges because I got seat in this college.
