Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good and nice. I have chosen ece. The faculty of our college is okay. We can't say that all of them are good but some will explain so nicely and will b friendly. I have chosen ece because I have an interest in hardware engineering side.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 86000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is a total of 86000. I will receive 35000 as a scholarship. I will pay 51000 as a college fee. And we have to pay 5500 as an extra fee for every year. And also we have to pay 1500 as exam fees for every semester.

Campus Life

Life on campus is so nice. We have a beautiful infrastructure and different blocks. We have like around 3,4 libraries. Our college runs social groups, and different clubs like viba and vaagtanranga.

Admission

I have written Jee mains entrance exam. I have written emacet entrance exam. I have qualified in emacet entrance exam. And I'm receiving a scholarship. The admission process is okay. It is a time taking process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

I would 3 out of 5 because only the basic they thought in every college while getting the job they ask advance concept but I can that the course curriculum has improved now and they are preparing students for further jobs. Placement Experience:

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
