Course Curriculum Overview

Nowadays IT companies are offering more computer science and engineering students and providing a good package and we have the future by selecting computer science and engineering. In my college, the facility will motivate me to get the good jobs.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 51000 per year

Internships Opportunities

My college provides many internship opportunities and with the high package and security, many of the students got college internship opportunities in my college. So my college is better in internship opportunities than the other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college provides many scholarship opportunities and all the students get campus placement. Every student has to pay 86000 for one year and the cost of the study is more expensive but provides good studies.

Campus Life

In my college conduct many social activities and clubs. My college infrastructure is more Excellent than the other colleges and we enjoy a lot in presence of college they conduct the many social activities in my college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel are providing good food and security for the students and also maintains neat and clean near the hostel surrounding and provide free WIFI also suggests what is good and bad.

Hostel Fee: INR 4000 per year

Admission

After counseling, I get a seat at Vaagdevi college of Engineering. I took a course of computer science and engineering. I have to pay 51000 as a tuition fee and I got the reimbursement of 35000 provided by our state government. The total amount of my seats is 86000. This is the process of admission to my college.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
