What Students Say

Likes

The atmosphere here is so peaceful . Fully covered with trees.
The faculty teaches good and are supportive for the students.
Events held here are celebrated grandly and it's given more active importance to sports.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is not so good.
Girls have to walk long from there hostel to college.
Some faculty members for respective subject are mostly unavailable.

Course Curriculum Overview

Every semister is taught almost upto 6 months , in this 6 months mid exams are conducted twice and sem exam once. Almost all Faculty members support the students and encourage them. There teaching is also good.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Placement Experience

There are less placements. Most of the students got off campus placements. our seniors got places in Companies like Wipro , cognizant , TCS etc. Most of the seniors who got placements gained 85% to 96%. The highest package is 7 LPA and average is 3.3 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is different for regular and self financed students. It is 35000 for regular students and 70000 for self financed students. Some students can avail epass scholarship. For every year the fee structure is same.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure is ok but it can be developed still so that it attracts the students to join in this college. We have annaul fest , festival celebrations and sports . Annual fest are celebrated in April of every year. There is also a library provided which is filled with many important books.

Hostel Facilities

There are 3 blocks of boys hostel and 1 block of girls hostel in the campus. And there is no hostel facility for the first year students. We have register hostel room in the hostel office. And for every year we have to renew it. Drinking water and wifi facilities are also provided in the hostels.

Hostel Fee: INR 6000 per year

Admission

After my intermediate I have chosen EAMCET exam to earn a seat in an engineering college. My rank was 27000 , according to my rank I have chosen information technology as my course in this college. After giving admission application , incharge who's given the form has provided the fee details.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It has regulations which is very comprehensive in covering the theoretical and fundamental concept or aspects of the engineering subjects. It includes strong core foundation in math, phy and very imp programming languages i.e core subjects. It has a guaranteed university recogniton like JNTUH. It should be improved in the teaching methords and conduct more workshops so that it'll be a practical experience for students to learn best. Jntu correction scheme is very strict.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

Anurag University is awesome!

Placement Experience:

EPAM, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Infosys and all comes for placements here. Before that though we get a training from industry experts and ex alumni association well. Almost 500-600 students are placed from CSE batch every year through campus.

Placement Experience:

Form the 7 th semester students are eligible for campus placements and there are placements coordinators for each branch. The highest package of the year was 51 LPA which was given by Microsoft. I will try to get placed before graduating.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

NIT Warangal - A dream college

Placement Experience:

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is accurate and relevant as well. This helps the students to have good knowledge and grip on current scenarios, and it also helps to survive and get placement.Tge frequency of the exams is 45 or 50 days each.And it is not so difficult because the faculty teach in a proper and understandable way in which the students can understand and attempt the exams . Coming to teaching methods, every class is having a smart screen and projector as well for better understanding.
