A Review tour of SREC

This curriculum is so interesting and new to learn. I chose this course on my own interest towards this field. There are more than enough staff members to handle all subjects and everyone is unique in their way of teaching. The methos of teaching is so good and understandable and the materials provided are adequate. Internal exams are conducted on a regular gap and the difficulty level was average.

Students are eligible for internships from 2nd year and they can attend their placement drives from 3rd year. Companies that have visited this year till now are LTTS, Soliton, Rently, VisAI, TummeTech, Eunimart, etc. The highest package offered this year so far is Soliton with 8-9LPA. Percentage of students getting placed is that 8 out of 10 students are placed in every companies. My plan is to get placed in company.

The fee structure for management quota students is normal and there will be a gradual increment every year. Any kind of scholarship is supported in our college and it's easy to avail. I got my first graduate scholarship and they assisted me.

Symposiums are often conducted by various departments and the college is encouraging students to participate in other college events too. Talking about library, most of the related books are found there and even if there are any cases that some books are not available, they will arrange within two days. All the classrooms are well equipped with projectors and boards. Extra fans are available with power backup. All the major sports are being played by the students and Physical education department is very supportive for students. NCC and NSS are the major social clubs inside the campus and apart from that, Nature club, Eco club, Tamil Mandram are some of other clubs that concentrates on social welfare.

The eligibility of the course is to have a minimum of 60 percent of marks in 10th and 12th. Application forms willl be provided in college campus and the fee for the application form is 100rs. Applications will be opened from March. I have availed reservation benefits for First Graduate and SC. College is supporting well for availing such scholarships. During the admission process, faculties must engage more with the parents and students and clear all the queries regarding admission and further processes.
