My college experience is just fine!

The college management is adverse. No stress is paid on sports or extracurricular activities we do not have off on Saturday and we have class from 9-4 and if in between the classes on some day in case we would like to play some sports we are marked absent in class and if we are found playing then we are asked to attend classes and not to play sports.

I took private admission because I didn't give any entrance examination. I chose this college mainly because I didn't have any other option at my hand and I had heard the mechanical department here is quite good.

The course curriculum needs modification. A more practical course structure should be introduced. With the new technology being introduced day by day the curriculum must also be congruous with it. This will result in better understanding of the students.

No, our college does not provide internships. So I don't know about the stipend and overall experience.

There are very low placement opportunity here. In mechanical engineering almost no company comes here as far as I remember I have not seen any placements in my department. There is compatible high placement in computer science department. The placement people get here are due to their own hard work not due to college.

From the time I have taken admission in the college, I have not seen any single cultural fest or any fest to be precise. So there is no question of participation or how big they are. This is the reason I am saying the only attention paid here is on attendance in the classes which I believe is of no use unless you have other social skills.

The fees structure is expensive but most of the colleges have same fees structure so this is not the case with our college only. My complete year fees are ₹100000 according to which such facilities are not given to us. If the fees are reduced then it will be very helpful to a lot of students who take loans to study and later are left without placement.

Yes, there are scholarships. But very few students get the scholarships. I have not availed any scholarship so I do not hai complete knowledge about it.

The gender ratio in my batch is 100: 0 that is there are no girls in my batch. There are no extracurricular activities or sports activities. There are certain debates held once or twice a year. There has been no sports competition in past 1.5 years. Sports is mostly neglected in our college.

Senior students are also suffering from the same problem so they tell us what to do. So this helps us to cope u a bit with the college environment.

We have a class test every month there is no relaxation time for students. We are here working like donkeys. The only thing here focused is to attend the classes. No importance to extra-curricular activities given here which results in hindering the overall development of students

I came to know about the admission deadline so I went to the college and filled the admission form. The administration was eager to get me admitted. They were nice to us and told us about the college and the alumnus of the college and told us that it was one of the best colleges in the region

The faculties are good but presently what i am observing is that a lot of good teachers are leaving the college which leaves us with no option but to study with the teachers that are left with us. A few teachers are fine but few are not very good in terms of teaching so have to do things on my own.
