Remarks
In earlier days the student management interaction was not great.But after 2003 it was mended and now its a healthy one and my final word is for management to please concentrate on more placement for guys.
Entrance Preview
I had given CEET(Common Engineering Entrance Test) of Haryana Government and opted for this college due to its rich history of Studies as well as the Sports.I am born sportsman who was quite brilliant in studies too so i opted for this college.Now the process had for admission has changed and a common entance test for on all idia level is conducted.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course was ECE(electronics and communication Engineering).
Internships Opportunities
At that time our college was answer one and a few of the companies visits for Internship.I had gone to A telelcom company for my internship.There was no stipend type thing.All we have to do is stay and pay for yourself.
Placement Experience
As i have told you earlier that time our college was new one,and only a handfull of companies visited for placement.But few good one Like JBM(Jai Bharat Maruti ),TCS and Nutek had visited college for placements.Around 40-50 students has been placed in my batch.The initial salalry which was offered was approximately 15 thousands bucks only.
College Events
Our college was quite brilliant for cultural and sports festivals.The main event was frolic a sports based Fest for a week in which almost all engineering college of Haryana used to participate .This was an annual programmer.Also a technology oriented fest Named(technofest) we used to organised every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Hostel cultural was very prominent in our college,Almost 90 % students used to stay in hostels.The fees structure was marginal on higher side but the food in mess was superb.You can crave out on this food life time.Even some guys will not be getting this kind of food in their homes too.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didnt applied for any loans so dont know much about that.But scholarship kind was there.If you are getting continuously gr8 grades in your exams you will get a scholarship of around 6000 in preceding semester.I had got it in 1st semester.after that i was not eligible.
Campus Life
Campus life was a gr8 fun as it was a mini home for all the students bcoz all use to live in hostels.Gender ration was a bit biased to males as there were no girls student in Mechnical and EEE. As i have told you earlier too extraccurricular activites were life of this college.Sports culture was one of gr8 in Haryana.All type of events like Debates,New innovation,new technology were shared in technofest.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni Network was earlier not that gr8 because it was far away from New delhi and Gurgaon so people not used to come to college.But after initiative of Mrs. Sumanlata Bisht now we use to visit the college and we help our juniors for good Job and internship.
Faculty
The faculty was brilliant for ECE department where 2-3 professor was IITns. The basic agenda was to study with new inventions.
