What Students Say

Likes

Campus facility for water electricity was good .
No fighting or any other disturbance regarding violence happened there
Teacher were supportive and having good knowledge was a key feature

Dislikes

Low standards campus that's the main thing I dislike .
No curricular activities was made for student mental take care .
Presenty percentage was very high not accordance to level of college

Course Curriculum Overview

It was just my personal idea to do b.tech for my future. The faculty-student ratio was approx 10 students have 2 faculty all-time access. They all were graduates in their particular subject and overall they have good teaching skills. there were only 2 exams a year and not-so-hard exams were conducted. Just a basic level to qualify for the exam.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee was approx 1 lakh 60 thousand. The scholarship was given just according to govt based according to caste. The fees were stable having no mid-term hike policy. I didn't take a job there but I'm planning further to do m.tech also.

Campus Life

The college life was not going well there according to me and my personal circumstances but infrastructure was good. The campus was not also that vast a little classroom-based structure having smart classes. no curricular activities. just a website that was run by the college administration for student problems and welfare.

Admission

The admission was just taken upon intermediate exam 12th boards in which you must have a qualified with 50 percent and above marks. But if you pay more money and you don't have such a percentage then also you can take admission to any course that's all.

For the 6th and 7th semester students becom elegible for placement and infosis and other companies visit highest package is 9lpa and lowest is about 2.5 lpa and avg package is about 3 to 4 lpa in last year there were no placements my plan after degree is to find govt job

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Best college in RTU

Admission:

Through AIEEE or RPET or through management quota. One can just apply through the college portal and submit there Aieee marks. Though RPET is a preferred mode of entrance to any college in RTU. Management quota is also there for well off candidates and lesser marks

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.
