I gave JEE Mains entrance exam and applied for this university. I choose this university because this university has great placement records and provide great placement and job opportunities to their students.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, they do assist in providing internship/placement. The placement cell of Mats university is of the most pro active cell in college. The number of companies coming to college always increases in subsequent years. Few big companies like GS come. For internship which gives stipend starting from 15k.
Placement Experience
A number of really good companies like Google,Info-sis, Mahindra Tech, etc. do come for Campus Recruitment in the University. You do not need to afraid because the college has great history and past recruitment to say.
Campus Life
The life in campus is pretty good. There is absolutely no ragging, seniors and all people in the campus are very lively and kind. The gender ratio is kind of unbalanced. The no. of boys easily dominate the no. of girls by at least double the girls population. But even considering the vast gap in population and gender ratio, the students get along very well, irrespective their gender.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is pretty strong of the Mats university. Alumni still visit campus and offer their help in anyway. Many of alumni help students in fest, sponsorship and placement.
Faculty
The faculty of Mats university is the largest in number you will ever come across. The number is good of teaching and non teaching staff. I will assess only my department faculty here. Personally I felt the faculty were totally up to the mark as I had expected them to be. They are surely not bad.
