The management is quite receptive to the feedback we have given, however we also realize the kind of complications involved in materializing any suggestions. Things are moving for good, which is fact a good sign.
Entrance Preview
I had taken CAT and MATS University happens to accept it for their executive program. It was an automatic choice and I am glad that I was able to make through the next rounds to secure my admission.
Internships Opportunities
Internship experience was in the summer, we had a very good summer placements and people were placed around the country in several big 100 companies. The average stipend was upto the market standard.
Hostel Facilities
Top notch hostel with individual rooms and separate mess with a dedicated chef. The course fees includes ones stay and food expenses during the course of the program. One also has options to hog over to other options available within the campus on pay basis. The items are evenly priced.
Faculty
Faculty was mix of permanent and Guest. As this university was new a lot of faculty were guest and heavily influenced by MATS. This helped us to benefit in our understanding a lot. With class size being smaller every student got a good focus from the faculty and our involvement with the faculty were very high which resulted in them sharing more knowledge than usually possible in a normal class scenario.
