Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen the course because I knew that the future lies in the hand of AI. To keep pace with that I opted for BCA for my graduation. The College has a great student and faculty ratio of almost 20:1. the faculties of the college are well qualified and have catchy and impressive techniques for teaching students. There are 6 semesters and each semester has one mid-term examination and one pre-university examination. The semester exam has to conduct after every 6 months of classes. Which makes the course of graduation 3 years.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester, the companies started coming for campus placements. TCS, HCL, and Cloud storage companies are the usual companies that hire students from the campus. In 2022 the highest package on the campus is 8LPA whereas the lowest package is 6LPA. More then 60%of students get placed every year from BCA in axis college.
Fees and Financial Aid
For the first year, the student has the opportunity to submit the fees in 3 easy instalments but for the next two years, the fees got submitted in the method of submitting 60%in the first instalment and the rest of 40%after October. Almost 60% of the campus student get government scholarships.
Campus Life
The extra curriculum is been conducted like NCC and NSS. The social life on campus is equal to hell. No clubs are been introduced properly and no extra information journal is provided. The library is there for just keeping books and all.
Hostel Facilities
Hostle facilities are even worst then the social life of the campus. The price seems fair and affordable but it's more appropriate to take pg outside the campus. The meals in the hostle is also not very good. It's edible but not that much of quality.
Admission
Admission could be taken by counselling. You can apply for it online or from the contact no provided on the college website. You can apply for the BCA course if you have more than 60% marks in 12th. Admission gets opened in mid-June and the classes get started from the start of August. The faculties are very experienced in teaching with high-quality experience in a different industrial areas. The college has a well-maintained infrastructure with great opportunities providing facilities for employment training and personality development classes. In the current year, i.e.2023 over 80%of students get placed with the average package of 5LPA.
