Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical engineering is an industrial subject and application-based subject. And it is the core subject of all courses. The qualifications of faculty are PhDs and Mtech. The exams are conducted monthly and semester exams are a bit difficult to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

They are a fee hike policy and the cost of the study is normal. The scholarships like EBC are provided for students, the campus placements are also available with top companies with decent packages for freshers, the internships are also available with good stipends and facilities to the students

Campus Life

Technocraft is an annual fest that is conducted every year and technical fests are conducted monthly. The library is available for all students with a good number of books. The classrooms are comfortable. The sports and games are encouraged they also conduct tournaments in college. Student's group like IEEE are there which are run by students only

Admission

The eligibility of course is through an entrance test that is eamcet and ecet also. The application procedure is simple we have to submit all our documents up to intermediate and diploma. The reservation benefits are available for qualified students and backward castes students.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Placement Experience:

there are different companies which come to our clg at the time of fourth year and sometimes before that,top companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys etc recruit students.everybody definitely leaves the clg with a job in their hands, this record has nver been brokne. students also go for mtech, masters,mba and score good in all the entrance exams.the highest package was 92lpa , the student was placed in Rubrik company.the averge package is min 21lpa.there are different job profiles offered here, in many feild not restricting so to a a particular field.100% students get placed here as i told you previously.my plan after getting the degree is doing mba from top iims in india. i am really looking forward to acing the cat exam.

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
