Entrance Preview

I took JEE for entrance exam. I scored 210 and got AIR 4595. Initially I didn't have idea what I wanted to do science or engineering. But after that i choose engineering in CIET campus.

Campus Life

Undoubtedly you will experience the best college life at CIET. There is ample scope of every kind of people to make their own space & enjoy. It accepts everyone whether sportmen, nerd, junkie etc. There are 100s of societies.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are known as Hall of residence at CIET. Most of them are old with crumbling infrastructure. Everyone has to stay on campus as there is nothing outside the campus. Though old, its the best part of your stay. The hostel are quite old except few new ones but they have all the facilities like washing machines, heaters, wifi and playing grounds. Food is quite good as menu is decided in students meeting themselves.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is weak but its slowly catching up. There is a separate department 7 dean looking after alumni affairs. Relations with senior students are cordial in fact after a certain time there is no differentiation of senior junior.

Faculty

Faculty is one of the best in world. Each professor is a master in his/her subject. Compared to other colleges, teachers care about student's problems and are helpful in every aspect. Only 5-6 professors are really good among 30. So only few courses are taught very well. Standard of any course taught by these 5-6 faculties was at the peak but others courses were miserable.

the Placements of my College are good as the connections of our good so top recurters came like amazon,tata,mahindra the highest package is of 75 lakh per annum and average package is of 8 lakh in our batch placements anount is less but now goodPercentage of students getting placements is 85 percent From which semester students become eligible for campus placements lthird year last semester.
