Remarks

College management is all good with conservative thoughts even though they do not curtail individual freedom to a large extent. There is a clear conservatism when it comes to male-female bonding as they are not allowed in to each others hostels.

Entrance Preview

I cleared JEE Mains entrance test with AIR 2927. At my rank Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology was the best match to my interest and future aims.

Internships Opportunities

While I couldn't get a good internship due to my lackluster enthusiasm towards academics before 2nd semester, overall internship opportunities are good and overall stipend I think will be Rs. 10000 per month.

Placement Experience

Job opportunities totally depend on your personality, caliber & interest. I was initially inclined towards getting a non-core job but couldn't get one for first 6 days so I took a job in a core company which pretty easy. I got a job in TCS which offered me a standard 6LPA with housing, conveyance, insurance phone extra.

Campus Life

Campus life is Peace means very very good. Many options for extracurricular activities from sports to tech. Robotics is an option and there is a whole society dedicated to it who trains you in this discipline.
