Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose a bachelor's because it is a tough but very simple way of getting your graduation done and particularly I choose chemistry because it opens many opportunities in different industries for me. The faculty is very good and they are very helpful, no student ever go out with any doubts about the topics in their mind. Teachers are highly qualified and their basic teaching method is to cover the syllabus assigned to them with the proper no. of lectures and classes so that students get every bit of that topic. Term exams are held semester-wise as per the order of the university and as of me now, for an average student passing the exam is very easy.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Internship opportunities are more for the students from the IT department as companies require skilled graduates from work in the IT sector but companies also come to recruit students from other departments to train them and provide proper knowledge and skills to get placed in different industries and companies.

Placement Experience

3

Campus placement is available in our college with collaboration with different companies and industries. Students of last year are mainly focused for campus placement. As I just entered the last year so not experienced yet but yes i have been selected by braintree technology under a scholarship program for training and placement in the IT sector, and every year a good no of students gets placed in different sectors. The highest package offered for the pass out graduate till now is almost 4 lakhs and companies guarantee a minimum of 2.5 lakh package for students with proper skills. My plan is to get directly placed in an company and do a job and if that is not possible I will pursue a master's.

Fees and Financial Aid

The normal fee structure differs for different honours subjects, and it ranges from 15k to 20k highest. For scholarships and campus placement, we have a campus placement cell with teachers from different fields focused on helping and providing the students with the necessary guidance and help for their future placement in different companies and job training programs.

Campus Life

3.5

The college conducts an annual function yearly at almost the end of the academic session in January or February month and it also hosts different inter-college events and national seminars. The Library is full of the needs of the students and equipped with every author book that students may need the departments also have their own seminar books for the students and the classrooms are smart classrooms equipped with proper projector setup. Our college also conducts sports events giving the students proper opportunities in state and national-level sports, with that we have our own NCC, NSS and YRC unit in the college with a proper number of students enrolled in it. College also has a student council run by the students only.

Admission

Eligibility for all the courses in the college depends upon and is based on your percentage mark in the 12th class. All the details about admission can be found on the SAMS website and for details about selection, the college is to contact. All reservation benefits can be availed including sports and NCC certificates. The only improvement needed that I felt in the whole process is the flexibility of the app and the admission process, as you may get confused sometimes about the details they provide.
