Likes

The faculty is good and very helpful in studies.
The campus is very big and greenery is all around the college.
The hostel is good and very helpful in studies.

Dislikes

The placement is very bad and it should be improved.
The exams are always postponed and taken late.
There is not so much of social life in here.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course to be a mechanical design engineer. The faculty is good but the HOD is not so good. Students are not very dedicated to their careers. Faculty are Ph.D. holders and experienced. Exams are held late but in a proper way.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement is not so good for mechanical branches. Very few students get selected. The package is also not provided very well it's quite average. We have to go to open campuses in other colleges to get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is we have to pay fees per semester and also fill out exam forms during exams. 2 minors are taken in between and assignments are given. Practical exams are taken both internally and externally. Vivas are also taken.

Campus Life

Life on campus is not as expected. Not Many fest and events are done. 3-4 fests and events are taken per year. Social life depends on the student's interaction. The classrooms are good but still old school. Sports and done a few times.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good, but the warden rarely comes. The seniors are good and helpful. Many advantages of hostel. The mess is not so good but. There is seniority in hostel but ragging doesn't takes place. And it costs very cheap

Admission

I am a lateral entry student, tool admission in 2nd year BE mechanical engineering, I got to this college through MPDTE. You can find the admission process by filling MP dte, and coming to the college, and continuing the admission process. You can get a scholarship if you are in the reservation category and fulfill the criteria. The placement is not so good, my studies are average and I want more placements to come.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.
