Likes

I liked the overall experience of interacting different people from different cities
College infrastructure was great and teachers was good
Place of college was awesome and gets good vibes while studying

Dislikes

Fee structure was too high for BBA course
Few options available for campus placements
Exams delayed in few semesters so timings are also not that good

Course Curriculum Overview

I have not got any other option compared to the same and the faculty-student ratio was 1:10 and most of the faculties were professors and Ph.D. holders. I find it good and professionally sound faculties it was a bit difficult to pass and have 2 semesters in the year and it's a 3-year course.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 180000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement options were limited at that time for the BBA course and from the 6th semester you were eligible for placements and package was very less offered by companies and the total percentage of placements was less than 20% my plan was to go for MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee and cost were too high compared to other colleges and they have given us campus placements option but there was not many options where available the only option we have got is Mahindra and where few people have joined.

Campus Life

Life on campus was good and the infrastructure was also great though we don't have club options available at that time and the annual festival was organized in the month of September or October. Books availability was good and even a library option was there with multiple options available. Yes, they do have a few activities once a year.

Admission

I have got admission on the basis of my 12th board results and I have not given any sort of exam for the BBA course with IMS Dehradun and got application forms from the college website itself. No reservation benefits were availed and the only improvement needed is they go should go for less fee structure.

From second semester the intership placement is eligible for the students The company visited here mend solution, bajaj, etc The average package is 6Lakh per annum and highest is 15Lakh per annum 75 % is needed for placement After getting the degree I will use to apply for the best companies

Placement Experience:

As I am a bba student and I have 3 year of course duration so students starts doing internship from 2nd year and. Placements aree provided from 3 year. By college The highest page goes of 12 lpa in bba and average goes of 5lpa . Approx 80% students get placed .I am planning to do my masters afterwards. Major companies like Amazon and many more visits to our college

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is quite good as various companies from all over the country show up at DBS for the internships and placements such as HDFC, Deloitte, Haffele, TCS etc. There are barely any student who dont get placed. As for my plans after getting my bachelor's degree is to either work for a good company if and when i get placed otherwise definitely grab the offer for the masters degree in management.

At Shivalik like we have been advised to find internships from each semester here on. So after internship the CV building and skill building training are provided. It is amazing to know that many reputed and well established names such as Windlas Biotech and RR Cable have started coming to our campus and hiring students as junior managers at a salary of 4 lakhs or so.

A candid review of my 3 years over graphic Era hill University Bhimtal.

Placement Experience:

The placements are fine, whereby you'll be attending placements in order to get a offer letter, whereby most of the placements will be of sales and marketing executive field, no matter what your specialisation is, you'll be noticing single or none profile opening for finance, very few for human resources and bunches of offers for sale and marketing. The company like coding ninja, cars24, TCS , Field Assist, learning routes, launched global, cmr greens, WNS, Jaro education, etc came up this year. The highest package was made for 8.5 lakhs by jaro education, and average package of 3-4 lpa was given. The sum of 45 students out of 130 in our batch were placed.

Fair conclusion of my university

Placement Experience:

From 5 semester the students are eligible for the placements wipro infosys and many other companies frequently visit university for the recruitment of the students he average package here is 6 to 9 lpa and highest package this year was 47 lpa 10 to 25 percent of students got placement only my plan after getting degree is ongoing for masters

My MBA journey in IMS

IMS is a very reputed college providing many courses one of which is MBA. The good education and placement facilities brought me to this college. I filled my application for registration of my course online. I filled my application form through the website of college and payed the application fee of Rs 1000. To apply for the college I was supposed to have scored minimum 50% in graduation (45% if reserved candidate).
