Course Curriculum Overview

I have very keen interest in Computers from the very beginning and also, and CSE is very hype right now and giving good opportunities for the future. Good faculty at about a 1:20 ratio. The teaching is very good and all are nicely qualified. There are 2 MST's and then finally each semester is not much difficult.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are offered on campus but students are more likely to find companies on there own as an intern. However, some students also get stipends from campus and they are also good enough and have no problem with them.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible after 6th semester for campus placement. Many companies visit and an average of 10 offers are made by each company. The average package according to me is 5 lacs and the maximum isis 22 LPA. I am also getting myself ready for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for my course is 4,95,000 rupees in which there is a scholarship scheme under the AGC NEST entrance exam that gives assistance of up to 1.5 lacs. So the remaining amount is divided into 8 parts which are 8 semesters.

Campus Life

There are freshers and then PRYAAS events which are held annually. And also there are many sub-events always going on in which students can participate. The availability of Books is okay but the books taught are available easily. For sports, there are events too. Infrastructure is food enough.

Admission

As a student of CSE, there are a total of 180 seats for the particular course. The application form can be filled on the website of AGC and it's just for 500 rupee.Dates of application are flexible and can be checked on the website.The admission process was quite smooth. You have to register first to the AGC NEST. Where there is a scholarship opportunity of up to 1.5 lacs. And the test was on the subjects Physics Chemistry and Mathematics.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in their final year (7th semester). only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO. highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA. placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year. I am planning for higher education.

Overall about AGC

I choose this college because its placement ratio is quite more rather than other college . They provide or taking test monthly so the student do not have worry about studies in the end of the year. I only applied in this college because my cousins are already graduated from this college.
