My college is considered good that's why I went for it. While people also consider other streams pretty promising at our college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, according to seniors and me they provide opportunity for jobs and internships in various good companies. So many companies came and provide internships.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements are decent where each and every student is placed. Also percentage offers made are sometimes as high as 200%. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte amazon visit the campus. Also a lot of startups show up for hiring students so for a person who wants opportunities on his plate, startups are a way to go here.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are three loans available. You could get the details of it on their website. I have not availed any benefit of scholarship but my friends did.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni are pretty helpful and keep sharing info about placements, workshops seminars and their own experiences in college and during interviews. Through facebook and google+ circles which provides helpful insight into career building options.

Faculty

The faculty is the strong part of our college. While there are some mind blowing teachers in my department the majority of teachers in the college departments are also good. Self study is the biggest weapon that can get you through the years of this course.

Very bad experience about this college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college provide some extra certificates like Excel or others which not value for money and also taeches foreign language but not single student can speak after the degree. And also not any facilities can speak german language

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Balanced learning and real world relavance

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's well structured but there are areas that could be enhanced to better prepare students for the real world. Curriculum sessions are twice weekly, other faculty are invited to gain information from the industry. Recently, we had our ebek Cambridge exam. It was useful us to learn english for better knowledge gain.

Faculties are very good and supportive always ready to help. it is easy to connect any faculties between 9 am to 7 pm and most of faculty leave in campus. Faculty always encourage the student to take part in extracurricular activities. Medical Facilities is available 24*7. The admin staff is also supportive. The college organises Guest session which is good for students betterment.

First green B-School in India

Remarks:

The faculties here are very supportive and some of them are always available on campus to help the students and mentor the students to groom them. They always push the students to learn by doing; which is experiential learning. The set up the talks and sessions from industry leaders time to time to keep the students and themselves update about the changes in the corporate world and make them ready to face the challenges.

The unique opportunity of staying in computer field after commerce

I applied to NMIMS and MIT WPU and i got confirmed admission in both of them NMIMS i got selected for Navi Mumbai Branch and decided to reject it due to high living expenses in mumbai and I reject MIT WPU due to lack of placment opportunities. Admission process of SICSR includes an online exam called SET and if you get qualified then you are called for an Interview round. There are seperate qoutas for special categories and international students. Cutoff for this exams are genrally 40-50 marks out of 60 for the written test and PI is for 40 marks....Read More

SICSR Life

I had applied in LPU and Christ University, Bangalore but I chose Symbi bcuz it was always my first choice and reputation wise also Sumbi has the best reputation compared to the rest. Plus, Symbi ranks in the top 3 BCA universities in India. Even Christ comes in the top 3 but i feel it's just cuz of their high intake, whereas, SICSR only has an intake of 180 students for BCA....Read More
