Course Curriculum Overview
I like to explore new emerging technologies in the field of computers so I choose this course. The faculty ratio will be approx. 20:100 ratio. There is the faculty who are highly professional in our college, the staff is good and they will teach in new innovative methods. The faculty on our campus will be must post graduate. The exams are conducted annually twice with a total of 8 semesters. The exams are not so hard to pass so the percentage will be high.
Internships Opportunities
I have never done my internship and also I am still studying in 2nd year so I think my senior told me that there is good hope for an internship and also getting a high paid job. I haven't done any project yet but If I had a chance bi may do one on artificial intelligence
Placement Experience
The 3-2 and 4-1 students are mostly eligible for campus placement and many companies visit often and get better offers. The highest package got in GIET is approx 4-6 lakhs .most of the students get placed in companies. I may often go to ms in USA
Fees and Financial Aid
It cost approximately a total of 2.5 lakhs to complete the course in GIET if you get through eamcet. Else it cost 1.5 lakhs approx. to complete the course in jbit the fee will be hiked for freshers who joined the college new. The scholarship I got is 35000/- by the ts-government. We can take a loan from banks for financial Assistance. I got a job with 35k with a stipend on campus.
Campus Life
In GIET we do have only an annual fest with the name Shiksha and it will be conducted in may month. There are many books and journals available in the campus library we do have many books and we can carry them home by using library cards. Sports extracurricular activities on the campus are conducted annually there are some inter-college inter-branch competitions. SAC-GIET is the social group that is run by us on campus.
Admission
We can enter the course through the management and through an eamcet examination. The students who have passed their intermediate or 12th are eligible to write the exam. We can find it on the ts-eamcet website. If we get rank below 10000 then we get full fee reimbursement if we get above 10000 then we get 35000/- scholarship
