Course Curriculum Overview
I took International Business and Marketing as my specializations because I wanted to pursue a career overseas especially in the domain of Marketing. The faculty and teaching method is decent. There is a criterion of attendance which could be improved.
Internships Opportunities
A decent number of companies visit campus for summer internships. The average stipend they offer is around Rs 25,000/- But this year due to the condition of international markets they have not selected many students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
The fees of the course are a bit expensive as compared to average and median placements, as a result, its ROI is a little low. Currently, I am in the first year, therefore, I haven't received a job yet whereas I have got an internship in the domain of sales and marketing.
Campus Life
A few indoor activities like Table tennis, Snooker are available at the institute. Classrooms are good as compared to other b-schools. Books and journals available in the library are at par with other b-schools.
Admission
Eligibility of this course is Graduation. The entrance exam I took for this was CAT. I have not availed of any reservation benefits. There should be more clarification regarding the different courses and opportunities provided to those students.
Interview Experience
I have a work experience of 2 years as an Assistant Manager in the Retail sector. Most of the questions revolved around that. I had given many interviews in the past and therefore had a decent experience of that. However I read Economic Times which also helped me.
