Life in BIMTECH

I choose this course because I wanted to move up as a corporate leader and explore the management area. Faculty to students ratio is 1:10 The faculty are very well qualified and experienced. They use all the latest teaching techniques and make the class interactive. Exams are taken every 3 months, trimester wise and they are usually application-based questions with medium to high difficulty.

Companies like BATA, Smart Cube, Birla soft, Havells, Cvent, etc are already here and taking management interns. Roles offered apart from management intern are marketing intern, operation intern, research intern, HR intern, etc. There were many live project opportunities available to us from small companies like capefox, country height, etc

2nd-year students are eligible for placement. Around 100+ companies visited our campus this time and all the students are already placed. The highest package was around 24LPA and the average package is more than 10LPA. Profiles offered are management trainee, consultant, analyst, marketing intern, HR intern, etc. 100% of students got placed. I will pursue my career in the corporate world as an operation manager after getting my degree. I haven't got the placement opportunities yet hence can't tell much.

There are no fee hike policies and the cost to study is around 8 lakh per year including hostel and food. Many scholarships are provided to students when they score more than 85% in CAT or XAT or when they top the trimester exams.

The annual fest was conducted in November month The library is very big with the continuous addition of new books and journals. There are many facilities provided in classrooms like comfortable seats, AC/Heater, proper ventilation, smart screen, etc. Sports conduit and clubs like FootnBoot and 22 yards are there who conducts various events related to sports on regular basis. There are about 20 clubs and conducts completely run by students related to various fields and departments.

Hostel rooms for boys are double sharing outside college campus and for girls single sharing inside campus with all the necessary facilities provided. Food is usually preety good and edible with nutrients and variety. Hostel is provided by college and mandatory for everyone so no separate registration process is needed. It costs around 2 lakh per year including food. Can't rent room or PG outside campus.

Students need to be graduated with more than 50% marks or in the final year of graduation without any backlog. Application forms, application fees and application dates are available on the college's official website. No reservations benefit availed by me. The admission process is already very good.

There was no group discussion at my time but there was personal interview round with questions related to resume, my life, my interest, etc. There was no special written test, only exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT are taken into consideration. Students have to score good percentile in above mentioned exams to get the interview call and they after interview call if merit is cleared than offer letter are released. I prepared for CAT and XAT exams through IMS coaching centre and they provided me with all the preparation materials.
