Course Curriculum Overview
As this is a government college the faculty appointed is highly qualified, but the teaching methods of all the teachers are not that up to the mark, it's not that all teachers have a boring method of teaching some teachers are quite interesting and helpful too. The faculty is to student ratio is roughly 1:7. Since the college is a part of AKTU the curriculum here is the same as of other collages of AKTU which is not that difficult to pass
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities for students are good, as the training and placement cell is actively involved in helping the students with internships and placements, and because of this many students crack internships in companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, flagship, etc, Because of this, the placement turnout of the college is also good in fact last year the college has a placement record of 100% for computer science students
Placement Experience
I would like to give the college 4 out of 5 stars in terms of placements, as despite of fewer companies visiting our college the overall placement turnout of students is high as students here are hardworking and they mostly crack off-campus placements, last year a student was selected in Amazon at 45lpa which was also the highest package of my Collage, apart from that the average package of the collage would be around 5-5.5lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of this college is quite affordable considering other private colleges affiliated with AKTU. Hostel and mess fees are also reasonable, with a hostel fee of 10000 per year and a mess fee of 15000 per semester. Financially deprived Students also get scholarships up to 85000 from up government depending upon the caste they belong to.
Campus Life
The college is situated far from the city so sometimes it's tough for us to get certain resources, but altogether the campus life is good as it's not just about the campus, rather it's more about the people and friends you get from here give you once in a lifetime relationship. Apart from all this, the classroom is well equipped with basic facilities such as air conditioning, a smart board, etc, There are various clubs such as dancing, singles, web designing etc, That a student should join as a part of his extracurricular activities
Hostel Facilities
The hostels in the college are new as one of the three boys' hostels was constructed this year only and the others are also not that old so the facilities in the hostels are almost up to the mark. Students are provided washing machines for washing clothes and there is also a water cooler cum purifier for a clean supply of drinking water
Admission
I got admission to this college via upsee exam, my rank was 5776 in 2020 so I decided to pursue Computer science and engineering from rec sonbhadra, but now since 2021 admissions are done through jee mains exam
