Course Curriculum Overview
I choose civil engineering because the faculties and labs are damn good. At that time faculty: the student ratio is about 1:5 in my batch Qualification of faculties are IIT'an, PhD, NIT'ans, etc One thing is very good exams happen very timely our semesters end in December and May on time. Exams are not difficult if you study in class if you are regularly in classes then it's easy otherwise it's always challenging.
Internships Opportunities
The various companies are taking interviews or shortlisting candidates for intership and giving stipends also depending on the company to company. I worked on Mumbai to Goa National Highway in Mangaon near Mumbai I worked in Q/A I learned lots of tools and techniques to check the quality of pavement, soil, etc
Placement Experience
Form 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Approximately 90% gets job offers at the time of placement after completing the degree I started preparation for competitive exam like gate, ssc jee.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no hike in terms of fees throughout the course. At that time students can apply for national, state or minority scholarships and there is a separate department in the office which are taking care of scholarships for students I got the opportunity of an intership and they are also offering a job at that time.
Campus Life
University festivals(UNI-FEST) are conducted in the month of February or March Yes all types of books & journals are available in the library and the college is also providing books at the time of admission Sports fest also happens in college There is a technical club, sports, dance etc
Hostel Facilities
In the hostels, we got a room, bed, Almira, table, and chairs. Meal quality is also good in hostels and the management system is good. The registration process is very simple you can take one form from the office fill and get enrollment for the hostel
Admission
I applied through CCB and in the list of colleges I got to know about Mewar. College infrastructure and NAAC grading are good. The admission process is so smooth and easy. So I went to college firstly they give orientation about college which was amazing and then the admission process started.
