I got admission in the college through merit and good score in cmat examination. The course teaches you to manage human resource. They teach you that the humans are treated as a resource and you should use them, manage them effectively and efficiently. I did a small internship program of 2 months in a startup company because that's the place where the HR managers work very hard to get the human resources at the lowest possible cost and get the maximum work done by them.
