The college has prepared a very good lesson plan for finance students where they teach all the basic accounting and financial part in the first year and takes the subjects to a whole new level in the second year. The students are given a lot of CA/CFA/CS type based questions so as to check their knowledge and help them understand how to solve a problem with a manager's perspective.

The internship gives a lot of perspective to the student about the course and the field they have chosen to specialize in. I'm very grateful that I chose the field and the company wisely, since the company you work for as an intern decides if you will learn more about the course in detail or you will change the specialization later on. So the student should do a proper research about the company and its relationships with the intern employees.

The college trains all the students to perform better at job interviews. This training helps the students to secure good pay packages and better job opportunities. Average package goes around Rs.16500 per month with a lot of medical and insurance benefits of the individual and the family members. I was selected by the company that I always dream of working in.

The college organized a seminar on Financial systems and financial services and it gave me a lot of insights about the industry and the people working in it. These internship programs and seminars and events helps you to understand the trend of the industry and helps you modify and adapt yourself as per the needs of the corporate world. There are other events like cultural and sports events that takes place every year.
