Placement of our college NIT Patna is in aggressive form every year it's increasing their graph even in core branch placement is good and is going to be better in upcoming years with a high package last year about 1.8 crore package from NIT Patna

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for general students are approx 96000 for one semester and the fees structure for the sc/St category is approx 36500 per semester there are many scholarships for the general student according to their income certificate and there are also managed scholarship for girls and SC ST candidates

Life at the campus is so good and interesting we daily the knowledge from the academy and surrounding social life in NIT Patna is so good and well mannered there are many clubs in IT Patna like the American society of civil engineering Tesla robotics club etc

Hostel Facilities

The first time in NIT Patna is so interesting and when we are with friends there are many hostels with a different names in IT Patna Sony and Sony for freshers Ganga hostel girls and Brahmaputra hostel r for 2nd year 4th year

Admission

To get admission in nit Patna you have to appear in the Joint entrance examination (jee) mains and score good marks in jee mains for good nit or iits. after your rank go through jossa counseling and choice fill and get your college

My review about NIT Patna

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many big companies, like Amazon, Adobe, etc., It comes every year and offers a nice package to eligible students. Every year, nearly 50 companies pay a visit. CSE students got the maximum package and offers here, followed by ECE. The highest package in the 2021 year was 1.60 crore, which was an off-campus placement, but when we talk about on-campus placement, the maximum package was also 42 lakhs. The average salary is ten lakhs. Almost all CSE students got placed this year. The CSE and ECE placements are really excellent here. But there are few placements in core branches.

Really enjoyed my college days

Placement Experience:

Tech Mahindra, L&T, Google, and many more companies offer internships with stipends during their learning months. Projects are to be completed before final exams because according to the projects final semesters marks are given and externals give marks on their performance and hire each graduate. At 7 the semester college students are eligible for placements here. Some placed after that and at the ultimate, nearly many students positioned at the precise package.

Good and well facilities provid by college

Placement Experience:

By far, 3rd-year students sit in drives and placements. But from this year 2nd year is to doing good and planning for internship and various pre-placement offers. Last year, the Highest package was given to 3rd (now 4th) year student of 15 Lac per annum from Cisco. Other few students are placed in Capgemini and all. The average package is 4 lac per annum. only half of the students sit in placement as most of them are inclined towards higher studies or Government jobs so even if they receive offers, they reject it. I want to be an IPS officer just after passing my college in 2023. Apart from this, I want to work too in MNC as a cyber security specialist in Software developer.

Why shouldn't you choose NSEC or electrical engineering

Placement Experience:

eligibility- from 7th semester students are allowed to participate in hiring process. companies - TCS, BYJUS, COGNIZANT, MINDTREE, DXC, ITC, WIPRO, are significant recruiters who hired some students. TCS hired most, 14 students and most of the other companies hired one or two students. only 30% of us are placed, luckily I am one of them. only one student has been placed by core companies. Only one came to our college. Rest of them are software Engineer or sales executive jobs. no of student placed is really poor so I recommend you not to take admission in our college. I am now hired by DXC technologies, waiting for the joining dates and venues. I have plans of higher studies after two years when companies allow us to do higher study, Mtech or MBA.

To apply for UGEAC, i was appeared in JEE Main and got 70 percent marks after that i cleared UGEAC exam that is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. i got selected for the document verification. and i got admission in Government Engineering College - [GEC] Gopalganj Bihar.

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.
