My first review of engineering

I chose this course as I found my interest in engineering and web development. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:25 as there is a good number of teachers in each branch. Faculties are highly qualified with some PhD in their departments. Exams are held twice a month to check students' progress.

Many companies like Cetpa, skill lync, syscom collaborate with colleges to give paid internships to students with some stipend during training on different courses. Some projects I did was food craze- a static website and a blood donation management system using the database.

The college is actively providing placement opportunities to all eligible students according to company criteria. It starts in the 7th semester and lasts for one year. The highest package was 7.5 LPA last year and an average of around 4lpa. Around 70% of students got placed with the average package. I want to get a placement in one of the top IT companies.

Fees structure is divided into three parts registration fees, admission fees and exam fees. Registration fee is 2000 per year 40000 for admission and costs to study and 8000 for exam fees every year. I got a UP government scholarship of rupees around 50000 per year. Fees are submitted month-wise with no pressure on family

The annual fresher party is organised for each new batch in September and a sports league in February each year. There is a big library with library lectures on a timetable to read magazines and subject books with 7 days return policy. Classrooms are well-lit and curtailed with whiteboards to facilitate good learning. Sports and club activities are organised at month end in each club. There are social, technical and cultural clubs to run different activities on campus.

Hostel facilities include good single-person room stay with a good bed and other living facilities. There is a separate mess to provide 3 times meals with a day and good quality and healthy meal each day. The registration process includes your hostler in your application form and inclusion of hostel fee and I avail hostel facilities I like it.

There is a discussion around regarding why to choose this course and where to fill out the application form. There are scholarship details I got based on my score and category. Application fees were 700 rupees with the full fee structure explained to me. One improvement I want would be to see a change in registration fees excluded if application fees are paid.
