Course Curriculum Overview

I did a Diploma in the stream of ece and I choose the same ece stream in engineering also. The faculty is good at teaching and discipline. Qualification of faculty is m-tech. I give a rating to the faculty of 4.5/5. It is easy to pass the exams if you study.

From the 3rd-year 2nd sem onwards the students are eligible for placements in college. There are the companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, tata consultancy services, etc the companies visited my college. The highest package is 12lpa. Maximum 80%of students getting placed. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job with a good package.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike policy in my college and my cost of the study is yearly 75000 and the hostel fee is 5000 per month it is a private hostel. I didn't get any scholarship because I am studying for a management

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is raaga and the name of the tech fest is avishkarna April and May. The availability of books and journals is good in college. Sports are held in the month of June at the college level. There is a student activity centre in college under this there are clubs like social service, sports etc

Hostel Facilities

I stay in a private hostel and the facilities are good. Meals are good and in unlimited quantity. The registration process is advance is 5000 for the hostel and monthly 5000 hostel fees. My hostel is nearby my college which is located at maisamaguda Hyderabad

Admission

Eligibility of course is finishing an intermediate or diploma. Application form was provided at the administration office there are no application fees application dates are in May and June months.no improvements are required in the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt that entire curriculum needs to be changed, since there are many useless subjects that are irrevalant to software engineering in CSE. I also felt subjects like c,c++, java needs to be replaced with python and web development subject should be replaced with something like nextjs. Initially I thought the syllabus and curriculum was good untill 3rd year of my Btech degree. The curriculum of jntuh is outdated in terms of real world. Teaching methods are ok though it needs minor improvements in some areas. The frequency of exams is same, you get semester exams and supply exams , you will have more chances to clear you backlogs, my advice is to clear backlogs in same year or try not getting any backlogs in engineering. timing of exams is usually after every 6 months out of which we usually have 180 or more working classes days. And in between we get sundays, holidays,events and other things. Semester exams are difficult especially subjects like mathematics or electronic subjects like ADE, which is irrelavant to CS.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. Unveiling Excellence- My Experience at IIT Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Various companies like Google, Microsoft, Amaazon, Facebook, Uber, Ola, visisted and made around 300 offers in total, The highest package offered was 90LPA to a student from CSE and the avg Package was around 20 LPA Around 50% of the students got the placement this year. My plans after getting this degree would be moving abraod for a Masters Degree.
