Remarks

It does not take any entrance exam. The application process was partially online and partially offline. College is autonomous so don't have to register on the University portal. Just fill out the application form and wait for the merit list which is based on the 12th percentile. Eligibility for this course is 12+. The application form is available after the 12th board results are out. Don't have any reservations about benefits.

I did choose this course for the sake of graduation but after joining for this now I am more interested in doing a pg in the same field. The faculty is so good and very qualified. And none post is vacant. Exams are not that difficult to pass there were as equal to our board exams. And exams are held semesters wise

Fees and Financial Aid

No placements are given by the college. You can apply for other scholarships like NSP, mahadbt, and inspire, and if you have applied for the scholarship then you get the benefit while paying clearance. This course does not take a lot of cost. Only 12 k to 15 k max for the whole course.

Campus Life

Umang is the annual fest, it is generally conducted in January, the college has a big library and study rooms. Everyday news papers and monthly magazines are also Available. Books for every subject and competitive exams are also there. Sports week is also held. Almost every game is played at the college and university levels.

A good choice for bachelors study for regular BSc

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first year curriculum connects SSC and HSC syllabus making easier to approach further. The course can be divided into two as aspects of application and academic first the general theory course of animals including phylum study and the another goes with lab work techniques making it suitable for higher studying in both lab and field work. The three year course must be provided with free subject choice as per the new education policy (no compulsion for physics and chemistry) Slight improvement in planning feel experience in field tours and outcomes. Do mostly well planned but sometime the exam schedule of different subject choices students in first and second year of course can make a difficult for on time study required before exam.

Teaching methods were good by some professors but one professor taught from ppt only. 2 and half hour for each exam and 60 marks paper all subjective no mcq as such. Practical exam is 150 marks including lab work , journal, viva voce.

My hollistic experience

As far as I am concerned the admission process is comparatively simple from other universities. The first process would be the same everywhere i.e. making the login I'd in the portal. The second stage is applying to different colleges in universities. I applied for the Institute of Science Nagpur, it was through Google Forms and was simple to understand.
