Modern College review for Bachelor in Computer Science

The eligibility for taking admission to a modern college is based on your 12th exam results and you can find admission on their official website. Yes, if you are from the reserved category you can get in very low score in your 12th also and you can also avail scholarship which will be given by the government of Maharashtra. Although it was good for me at that time if they keep some person for students so that they can do everything smoothly.

As I have opted for computer science in my 12th so I want to pursue my further studies in cs only. Faculty students ratio is not much good for this college. Well-qualified faculty are over there but their teaching method was not good except for 2,3 faculty. Every 6 months there will be Semester exams it is very easy if you only did what the faculty have said then you will pass the exams easily as it is an autonomous college paper do set by faculty members only.

There is no internship during my college days one of my friends did one internship and found it online through internshala. You have to do one mandatory project in your last college Curriculum. You have to do a project in java and javascript. I would please try to do with yourself by taking help from faculty members. As it will help you in the future.

During the last year of the degree, students are eligible for placements, and companies start coming for placements just you need to be connected with faculty members. Companies like AMDOCS, COGNIZANT, HP, INFOSYS, TCS, PERSISTENT ETC. visited during my placements and I got placed in cognizant. Currently, I'm working with cognizant as a Program trainee.

Overall it was a good fee structure for this course but there will be a similar fee structure for every student, as I am from another state so I have paid more than what local students have paid for the course. If you are from a category you can easily avail of the scholarship from the government of Maharashtra as everything is done by college staff only you have to reach out to them and even fees are also less for category students. As I got placed in cognizant which is a very good MNC. Very less number coming to college campuses for placements but you can be placed in that company easily. Like AMDOCS, COGNIZANT, PERSISTENT, HP, ETC. these companies came for placements usually.

If you come to campus life for college for me it is not good. The library is good. Classroom amenities were also good but that much but now a new building has been allotted for cs now it can be good. For extracurricular activities, you can join NCC and NSS. There are no other options available other than this. There was no social group.
