Remarks

Admission to the program is mainly basis on JEE Mains Score and follows Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process. The application form is available on the official website of BK Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pilani. Rajasthan Domicile(70%), other state(15%), management quota(15%). I want to see that the cut-off that they want should be higher.

I think the course is very cheap in terms of money also the environment of the college was very good in comparison with other colleges. The faculty was very Interactive and cooperative. All the faculties are well qualified.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies which offered a great amount. projects were also very diverse in terms of technology like Blockchain, Data Science and many latest technologies. The overall experience is very good.

Placement Experience

After 5 semesters, you are eligible for internships and placements. There are many companies like Aditya Birla Group, Synopsis, and many more. The highest package was 1500000 and the average package was 500000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are affordable. Sarla Birla Scholarship. Also, there is a TFWS scholarship for students. For merit students, there is a separate scholarship for the students. Fees are very compatible as compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

The annual fest is Basant & sports fest is Quasar. The library is very big and interactive. The classrooms are very big and comfortable. Sports facilities are also very good in the college. There are many student activities and clubs in the college.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities are very good in terms of everything. The meal was good and tasty. The registration process is very smooth and interactive. The locality was also very good because it has a very green environment there.

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

I choosed this College due to its previous reputation among my family and local area. And this college use to produce the quality student before 2019 but after i took my admission i got to know the college discipline is like declining gradualy and the are just taking students without any pre-requirement like any paper or grade system. While time of my admission the asked me for my precentage which was 91%. I applied to few engineering college but i applied to BKBIET for due to its strong core engineering and supprotive faculty. I didnt get any rejection as i choose BKBIET while applying in colleges. The admission process is based on your 10th and 12th class percentage.
