Course Curriculum Overview
The Mba programme in human resource development is started keeping in mind that the industry practices changes from time to time and they need to be changed, since you have to understand the trends in market to understand the regular practices, evolution in technology and the expectations of the industry from the students and the faculty members. A lot of field trips/visits are organized to give the perfect experience to students and make them understand the need of the course from time to time.

Since the course is all about human resource development, we have been taught all about hiring and retaining and we have been trained a lot with a lot of mock interview sessions and we have been to a lot of live hiring events which have given us a lot of exposure as well as experience to perform better during the interview and get the best offer/opportunity available. I was proud to be a part of this institute. They helped me make a lot of connections in the industry.

The college has provided a lot of facilities to all its student like computer labs, conference rooms, library and canteens etc. The canteen has been always the stress free area where the students can come and relax and indulge themselves with informal discussions with their friends, faculties and other staff members. The canteen offers high quality food items providing a lot of options and varieties to chose from. It is always the perfect hangout place for everyone.
Hostel Facilities
Apart from the regular hostel facilities, the college also offers security backup and power backup in the hostel. Food mess is very good and offers a lot of options in the menu and the food is very delicious and very hygienic. The best part is that the food is very economical and still of such a good quality. Similarly, the hostel charges are very nominal and one would find a lot of facilities in the hostel in comparison to price charged.
