Course Curriculum Overview

The course is excellent. There is a lot of focus on practical learning. Yes, there have been researches done by the institute.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college did provide the internship. It was a good learning experience. The average stipend was about 5000.

Placement Experience

There were good companies visiting our institute for placements in India as well as abroad. Most of the students got placement through college. The average package was 5,00,000.

College Events

There was Nexroar i.e cultural event, International conference i.e management event and various seminars and lectures from different entrepreneurs.

This college is quite affordable as the fee structure here is very less as compared to the other colleges. The fees is 80,000.

Yes, we did get a scholarship of 25,000 every year. The college was supportive enough this way.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Remarks:

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
