Remarks

The reservation and admission process of our college is completely based on the result of NEET(UG) and MCI(Medical Council of India). Reservation is so much benefited in our college. If you had it, then mention your reservation category without fail.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our examination pattern is given by the university (YSRUHS). There are internal assessment tests every 2 months and there was a yearly prefinal and final examination. The syllabus is quite heavy if we follow it regularly, we are so much benefited.

Internships Opportunities

In india, as per the guidelines of the medical council of India, every student has to do his internship within the hospital to which the college is affiliated. The stayfund is 22000 per month in the government general hospital, Ongole.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college is a government medical college, the fee is quite less as compared to private and the study is vice versa. The college fee was quite less, its nearly 1000 per year. But getting seat here is quite tough.

Www.gmcongole.org is the college website. Instagram page: Gmcongole. The college is very good and it is completely student friendly and there is a hospital affiliated to it. It is situated in the center of the city. There is a nursing course also offered here.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities are a Common bathroom, Separate hostel for boys, girls, and PGs. The room rent is 600 per month. The food is not much good but we should adjust. The registration process is with the challans. The location is beside the college.

Our college - AMC

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is CBME based. I chose this course cause of my sister., she is also studying in our college. There is a bit of spoon feeding here. But the person who studies on their interest only gets good marks. The timings for the exams are not so bad but are difficult to complete the given syllabus in time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is the only course that could make me a surgeon that I always wanted to become, hence I chose this course I choose this college due to its high patient load . I could also go to AIIMS Deogarh, Jammu, Guwahati, Madhurai or Jipmer Karaikal but I choose AMC over them is due to Patient load only.Here I can get good clinical exposure compared to those There are programs like Family Adoption programme, Early Clinical Exposure form the first year itself , and from second year only students go to ward postings. There is always real world application in this course This course particularly dont want any improvements in my opinion, NMC regulates and improves the curriculum in real time and that is implemented in this college perfectly. For every like 3 months we have internal exams to assess ourselves . And final exams in the last.

1. First of all the joy to treat and cure a patient is irreplacable with any other branch. 2. You get to see real time patients all the way since 2nd year itself and understand how everything works in real time. 3.The exams have a gap of around 3 months and are moderate to difficult. 4. Remarks:

Great college to Study, Bad College for Enjoying. It will come good as it is still a budding college. Soon, playgrounds will be there and lot of sports from our college will come up. But academically, this is one of the top places to be. You may think it maybe a new college, so it wouldn't be great. But, the academics are top class and you would be happy enough to come here for it.
