Tmu-cs and IT experience

The admission process was so simple I got to know about this university through a tv ad so I just searched it on the internet and I filled out the application form which was available on the official site of the college. The application fee is about 8500 and there were no reservations availed by me. You have to bring very basic documents like mark sheets, aadhar, and other documents. The admission process is very simple and I do not see any change in the process.

I was very much interested in computers and technology. How the computer and internet work so I choose this course. the faculty-student ratio is not proper here most of the time faculty changes and it is the most irritating and very bad thing about the college. The faculty is qualified but the teaching methods are very bad and nonpractical. There are 3 class tests, practical exams, and main exams, and total 6 times exams in a semester. The exams are not much difficult if you will study properly you will pass.

The companies like TCS, Wipro, and HCl visited here and offered roles like database engineer, cloud computing engineer, software engineer, web developer, Android developer, and data scientist. The internship available are here and you get a summer internship which you can do in the month of July and August. Paid and unpaid internships are also offered for pre-final year students so that they will gain some industrial knowledge. Projects on the basis of specialization are assigned here like Android development projects.

From 7 semesters you are eligible for campus placements. The companies like TCS, HCl, Wipro, datopic, one bank, jellyfish and other tech giants visited here and offered packages of up to 10 LPA. The highest package was 8 LPA and the average package is around 4 LPA. Around 40 to 50 percent of students get placed in these tech giants. My plan is to get a good job in a tech giant company.

The fee is not much high here. The semester fee is about 60000 per semester which includes 5000 exam fees. There is a 50 percentage of scholarship for Jain students and 20 percent in hostel fees. If you are a non- jain student you will get some fee off in the first year.

The annual fest rock on is organized in the month of May. Some stars have been called here like Sonu Nigam and aman Malik in the annual fests here. There is one library in the college where you will get all the study materials like books, question papers, and other things. There is one inter-college sports meet organized in the month of Feb. There are Jain community groups and medical groups in the college which organised various initiatives.
