Remarks

I have written the PGTCE exam but unfortunately, I got fewer scores due to lack of preparation so I have gone through the management quota admission process I have finished some general interviews & paid the full course fee & joined the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have a passion to do an administration course there I feel MBA was good to do. There are total of 54 students in my class & teaching staff was well qualified but most of there are not Ph.D. holders rather they are assistant professors The internal assignments are strictly conducted.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 290000 per year

Placement Experience

From starting of 3rd semester the campus placement drives will begin, Due to post Covid, there was no proper placement happened... More marketing jobs were compared with the finance stream. The average package is 350000/- pa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was very high. The total fee structure for 2 years MBA was 575000/- which was very much expensive for MBA. In general, there were no scholarships as such but for other castes, there are some scholarship facilities & one could get an educational loan option for payment of fees through any of the good banks.

Campus Life

The best aspect I like in our college is the fests & functions conducted in our college from time to time. But the annual fest named nirvana was a fantastic fest full of joy & celebrations. There was a big library which is very helpful for the students to make a deep study of their subjects. There was equal importance for sports & other extra curriculum activities.

Hostel Facilities

There are several college hostels available in all the surroundings of the college. There rooms are cool & it was peaceful to live in those eco-friendly rooms. The hostel is very near to the college as well as but stop & other shops. The hostel is affordable because they provide Wi-Fi, laundry with iron, room cleaning twice a week, play zone with indoor games like chess room & table tennis, etc But we need to adjust in food.

Interview Experience

3.5

There was one general interview I attended that too I was not asked any technical questions rather I was tested on English communication skills No additional preparation for an interview just is confident to answer with a good flow of English.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.
