Great university to get in. Utilise all the facilities given by the college since the fee you pay is expensive. Develop yourselves in sports, attend all lectures and seminars. Make your fee worth it and reap it from the beginning.

I went through by an enterance exam conducted by this college. I belong to the first batch of this university after it got its deemed status. Contact the admissions office for the dates of the examination (which will be conducted after your board exam scores are out)

Course curriculum is almost the same as that of the Anna university syllabus,but some plus and minus in the cirriculm since this in Bachelors in Technology. you will have your syllabus before 1 year only, since it is updated year on year unlike the anna university syllabus which is updated only one in a few years.

This college doen't provide an internship. It has it own placement cell and an entreneurship cell which staudents could make use of.

This university has a very good placement record. All top ITY majors visit the university and take a bunch of good minds. So placement is not to be worried my if you don't have any arrears. If your scores are averge to good, you do not have to worry about the placements. And the package is pretty decent as compared to others but not great.

There are cultural, technical, and other events happening on a monthly basis. You will have technical symposiums hosted by your department, culturals arranged by the whole college, you will have technical seminar on general and your subject based topics. You will have industrial visits

Fee structure here is a little expernsive. If you are satisfied with the facilities the college provides you, then fee is no matter. But if you are among the top 10 percentage scorers in the entrance exam, the college provides you with a whopping scholarship which you cannot deny.

Campus life is something you will never forget for your life time. Gender ratio is 65-35 (boys-girls). there will be no punishments put upon you if you speak with girls. but this happens in other colleges. you will have debate sessions, in sports this has an excellent position

Hostel and mess are the excellent features of this univerity. You will have you best time here. Hostel are eqquipped with excellent amenitie, well maintained, mess has both veg and non veg seperate section, wardens for each floor, day and night watchmen, boys and girls hostel are seperate

the college is expanding its alumni network. every senior will be very helpful as we all had. they are very supportive and you will have an excellent rapport. all alumni are called once in an year to discuss about the curriculm.

You have semester based tests. Here you are also evaluated on monthy basis. You will have 3 pre sementer exams and one main exam. So, you will be evaluated on both. Pre semester will have a weightage of 75 percentage and your semester will weigh 25 percentage

After you receive your scores, you will be called for confirming your application based on your scores. The scores are relative and depends on the no. off people taking the exams. Probably it is around 2000 in number. The number of people taking the exams differ from year to year

Faculty are good. This is one of the colleges which has more no. of PHd. faculty. Hence the level of faculty would be much higher. Classes are prompt. Lessons are taught well. Practical knowledge is the overall outcome here. People tend to utlize the oppurtunity that the univeristy gives its students
