Remarks

It worse . Never go there. They will not help. Take your money will give nothing. You have to run run fight. In word worse. Please do not think of going there. It like a hell.

It ran on Ptu(Punjab technical university) course content is good. But way they teach faculty are not at all good you can worse. It was worse Engineering College you can ever seen. All You need to do by yourself.

No company arrived :-( they make fools in alumni while taking admissions.

Only one we have planed and contributed 500 each and planed a event. Even a single freshers day is not happening there. Worst at extras circular activities. College management with not help either economical nor support. They will help in any aspects.

There were 120 student in ECE. 20 Left 20 GIRLS 80 BOYS everything is worse nothing happens there.3 hours of worse lectures that means nothing to student and nothing done after that nothing. No practicals.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees are around 50000, and had the worse food item. No boys stays there . We stays there for 6 month as ours was 1 st semester we do not have knowledge after that we left when we left only 2 persons stays over there.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni Networkseniors are quite helpful they help. That is why we are here have a job from off campus.to seniors.

Good campus life with decent academics

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

Average placements for the college. As for the good stduents and competitive students companies r coming and they get internships and jobs . Companies like Deloitte, Adobe , Playsimple. Scalar AI labs , LG etc .Good Stsrtup and well knowed companies gave placements .

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.
