Remarks
The admission process is quite easy. One can directly apply on the online portal of the University or if one opts for an offline experience then one can download the application form, print it out, and fill it out manually. Students having a good rank in competitive exams like JEE and OJEE have better benefits. As far as eligibility is concerned, students who have finished their senior secondary education or diploma can apply.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am currently pursuing BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I chose this course because I have always been very interested in electronics, mobile Communication, and other such things. Our class consists of 80 students. And our department has more than 35 teachers, and all of them are highly qualified and are at least in the posts of Asst. Professors. We have the best laboratories and state-of-the-art equipment. And our teachers are very hands-on about our learning. It's always very interactive and interesting. Our sem-end exams are on time. We also have two mid sem exams. The difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities
The T & P cell here is very encouraging. They always update us with new internship opportunities from various companies. So far I have applied for 4 internships through college. I haven't started working yet but I would probably start during summer of next year.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Milliman, Capgemini, HighRadius, etc. Visit our campus. And the placement rate is 97%. The highest package for ECE would be 10 lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since 2020, the year I joined there hasn't been any fee hike. The fee structure is okay as far as the course fee is concerned. And yes. There are plenty of opportunities for internships and campus placements. We have 95% placement every year. Our college also provides financial assistance after carefully considering the appeal made by a student. I definitely feel that affordability isn't the same for everyone. And I think they should be more considerate.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is great and full of fun. We have some other event happening almost every month and it really helps us to come together and participate in various fields. We have one annual tech fest mostly in December - January. We also have fests conducted by specific departments. We have inter-college and intra-college sports every year. There is also a blood donation camp every 3-4 months. Coming to the library, there are tonnes of books and journals. They also have newspapers every day. And the library is functional 24×7. Also, our classrooms are all equipped with projectors for interactive classes.
