Remarks
70% and above was their eligibility but influence and donations got in students of all kinds The application form is issued physically in college, the fee also needs to be paid to the college in the form of DD, application dates are once a student clears their PU exam and receives their marks card, he /she can directly visit the campus and apply If admission was fair enough for all students and same fee it would make us all equal and eligible
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to study business-related courses and Ramaiah was a well-named institution so I chose this course The faculty-student ratio would be 5:75 per class In the span of 3 years so many faculties changed and unavailable facilities were also our main concern The faculties were well qualified, but teaching methods differ each, few teachers were highly concerned only about completing their part to cover the syllabus but a few other teachers made sure the studying was fun and practical by making us play certain games or presentations or debates, short assignments etc. And few other teachers actually did not care and felt like it was the students' fate to pass. 2 internals were conducted, which were just a waste of our time, and the final sem exams were quite challenging and difficult to pass with very strict insulation.
Internships Opportunities
Most Internships provided were without any stipend We had a final sem compulsory internship for our internal marks We had to work in any company for at least a month and provide them with a certificate and make a report about that company and our experience The report was about 53 pages and above
Placement Experience
Students from the 5th sem were eligible for placement Jp morgan, Infosys, amazon, byjus, and many such good companies provided placements opportunities highest has been 4lakh per year is what I have heard, I want to Pursue my higher studies and hence did not concentrate much on placements
Fees and Financial Aid
Overly priced fees for the course and teaching, features, options, and availabilities they provide for their students I personally did not get any scholarship but I received a deduction of 5000 in my fees as I achieved 77% in pu There is no job inside the campus, in fact, everything including parking has to be paid for by the students.
Campus Life
There was no proper fest conducted by our college or faculty, freshers day or farewell, interdepartmental fests and such small programs were conducted but had to be done and initiated by students and also funded by students. We did have a library and availability of books I haven't been there much so would not like to give my opinions Amenities in the classroom would include a fan, board, Dias, projector, and benches to sit on. Sports day will be conducted in odd Sem having certain different sport options for girls and boys, such as throwball, volleyball, badminton, chess for girls and kabbadi, cricket, volleyball, chess for boys There are no proper sports activities or a coach to encourage students. I personally wanted to play basketball but everything was managed by our senior student and he practically got to make rules and select and inform the sports teacher and there made me lose interest.
