Remarks

I applied for the college during the time of the COVID pandemic so the registration procedure was delayed. I applied for the college through Kerala gov single window system. As I was from the general category I didn't get any reservation benefit. I applied to Sree Krishna College for both BA in Economics and B.com Finance and as B.com finance was my priority and I get Sree Krishna College in the second allotment.

I choose to take B.com finance for my bachelor's as I was more interested in having CMA as my career. So I would benefit from this course. Our college offers the best and most efficient faculty with high qualifications. They conduct various exams and regulate a quality circle to enhance our efficiency. Before every semester exam, our college offers a regulated model exam.

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 5400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I was admitted to the merit seat I am not charged any fees but the students who are selected through the management seat have to pay Rs 30000 at the start. Our college doesn't provide us with any direct scholarships but provides us with scholarship assistance.

Campus Life

Our college has a main library and various department libraries with a wide collection of books. Our college celebrates all the main celebrations like Hory, and Christmas and also holds college fest and sports days. Our college has NSS, NCC, ED club, Vimukti club, etc. Classrooms are good and spacious with good infrastructure facilities. There are various sports teams and students can get into the college through sports quota.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be an Accountant. So I did choose the Bcom finance course. Faculties are very friendly and supportive. All the faculties are pg and bed completed ones. There are many teachers who have cleared the net, set exams, and also guest lectures. Due to covid 19 times, exams were not regularly done. we did immense hard work to clear the exams. Up to 3 semesters of exams were taken regularly that is with 6 months gap. From November to June, the last 3 semesters were taken. Also, the examiners and valuation were liberal.

Remarks:

I was not allowed to go outside Kerala for my undergraduate so this was the next best option. The college has a very high ranking and is one of the best in the state. The B. Com course offered by them is also one among the best available.

Admission:

I have chosen Bcom because my ambition is to become an accountant. I think it's nice and easy to study. The exams are conducted by semester wise (1 Sem=6 month) for 3 years. Before every semester exam, there will be a model exam. This course is divided into 6 semesters completing in 3 years. It is fair having enough time for preparation having 42 exams in 3 years. This course will give a good profession because there is a sea of changes in the IT field. Learning new programming code is better and easy.

Positive remarks is that the teachers are very nice and smart that their method of teaching is brilliant and we understand everything very quickly. Negative remarks is the political party conflicts each other often. At the time of election even teachers got fight each other with students.

Excellent college providing the best course and best faculties

Remarks:

Our college have more positives and less negatives. The faculty, infrastructure all are good expect that the drinking water facility is so poor and. it is located near to the toilet. So the students are scared about their health.

Bone of the best college (kerala University)

Remarks:

Unwanted and Unnecessary interference of College Management in Government Funds is considered as one of the negative marks of our college. The utilization of PTA fund is not in an effective manner. Unnecessary Political Activities is another problem. Hon. High court of Kerala already banned political activities inside the college. But it can't be controlled deeply.

Sree krishna College

I was admitted into Sree Krishna College through single window portal of the Kerala government. As I was having a reservation under SC I got admitted into the college through the community quota. Our classes started on November 1st through online platforms like Google meet, Google classroom and zoom. Other important notifications are shared through WhatsApp. As I am an SC student I do have a lot of reservation benefits. Our admission started in October 2020. I joined the college through the allotment procedure of govt of Kerala. There were 3 allotments followed by 2 supplementary allotments. As our college is an aided college the students can also join the college through management quota. It also offers sports quotas for the students who excel in sports.
