I applied for the college during the time of the COVID pandemic so the registration procedure was delayed. I applied for the college through Kerala gov single window system. As I was from the general category I didn't get any reservation benefit. I applied to Sree Krishna College for both BA in Economics and B.com Finance and as B.com finance was my priority and I get Sree Krishna College in the second allotment.

I choose to take B.com finance for my bachelor's as I was more interested in having CMA as my career. So I would benefit from this course. Our college offers the best and most efficient faculty with high qualifications. They conduct various exams and regulate a quality circle to enhance our efficiency. Before every semester exam, our college offers a regulated model exam.

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 5400 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

As I was admitted to the merit seat I am not charged any fees but the students who are selected through the management seat have to pay Rs 30000 at the start. Our college doesn't provide us with any direct scholarships but provides us with scholarship assistance.

Campus Life

Our college has a main library and various department libraries with a wide collection of books. Our college celebrates all the main celebrations like Hory, and Christmas and also holds college fest and sports days. Our college has NSS, NCC, ED club, Vimukti club, etc. Classrooms are good and spacious with good infrastructure facilities. There are various sports teams and students can get into the college through sports quota.

It's okay , not the best , but it teaches the basic of business administration and management. It does help in real world application as in a way to manage employees, improve productivity etc, the exams were fine and kind of stressful since it's every single day

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm a 3rd year BCom Taxation student. I don't think that some subjects are relevant for the course. Some subjects are not required in the future. From 5th sem onwards there is an open Course subject which we have to learn and pass the exam. The open Course subject that I have received is not based on the marks that I received in my previous semester exam. And in have to go to the office to change the subject of my like later on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My dream is to become a accountant. So I choose this bcom with computer application course. The course structure was very nice and we can understand easily. In my opinion do more practicals . This course is therotically oriented which is not good when we go for a job. So it is better to give more practicals than theory sections. Main reason I hated the college was the exams. The college put the exam without any time gap which was very annoying

Placement Experience:

They are providing the best placements from other college. In the 2nd year of our course first they give training to us and then they give internship programms . And in the third year they make us ready for our placements. They provide best company placement to us. They are not looking our marks for selection but the attitude towards them.

5th semester students are eligible for campus placement with atleast 65% of marks. The MNC's are TCS, DELOITTE, ACCENTURE etc. The highest package is 50000 . They will approximately 12 students for their MNC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is based on accounts and marketing etc. There is required faculty to guide students with a HOD which means the head of the department. Faculty are supportive and motivated. Teaching is done through using teaching methods and other using other technologies like projectors etc. Exams are conducted every 6 months in between the 3 years.

Remarks:

Negative remark is that even though it is a womens College there no freedom for the girls. Positive remark is that the College has struct rules and regulations and hemce the students are well disciplined.

I was admitted into the college through Calicut University registration. I got the college through a merit seat. Sree Krishna college was my priority and I got in by the second allotment. I was admitted into Sree Krishna College through single window portal of the Kerala government. As I was having a reservation under SC I got admitted into the college through the community quota. Our classes started on November 1st through online platforms like Google meet, Google classroom and zoom. Other important notifications are shared through WhatsApp. As I am an SC student I do have a lot of reservation benefits. Our admission started in October 2020. I joined the college through the allotment procedure of govt of Kerala. There were 3 allotments followed by 2 supplementary allotments. As our college is an aided college the students can also join the college through management quota. It also offers sports quotas for the students who excel in sports. Sree krishna collage Guruvayoor is a aided collage under Guruvayoor Dheevasam board . As the college is under Calicut University Our admission process started by the last of June in 2020. The admiration process were completed by November 2nd. Our college covers an area of 36 acres and is situated on top of a hill with immense natural beauty and rich biodiversity. Our college has quite developed infrastructure facilities and a clean campus . It also offers hostel facilities for both boys and girls.
