Remarks

The admission process is quite very simple yes I did an entrance exam(JEE mains) on the basis that applicants get the branch or department the minimum percentile to get the CS branch is 40. There are limited seats for a few branches like CS and IT.

My college curriculum is based on RGPV because it is affiliated with RGPV. So all the exam process and academic calendar is followed by RGPV University. I chose BTech because I am interested in engineering.

Internships Opportunities

Our college provides many internships to the students who are really seeking for. They did a collaboration with eduskills last year and gave internships to many students. if I talk about projects companies work on a present project which is going on in the organisation.

Placement Experience

Our college always provides placements to all eligible students. The highest package was around 45 LPA in 2019 and 4.5 is avg. Package. In the 7th semester, students are able to appear in campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fees are affordable for each semester in BTech which is around 77 thousand and they also provide scholarships to the most hardworking students who perform very well in exams and government also provides scholarships to those who belong to the low category.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of our college is the best in my experience. Well, decorating is maintained by all. There are many clubs run by my college such as the NSS club, sports club etc. If I talk about social life it is the best of all time because we always visit such clubs.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I did not apply in any other colleges i directly take the admission in this college.
