You appear in the JEE exam to get a seat in this college. You can easily find the application form online site for JEE exam. Yes, reservation is available for St/sc. The admission process is good. If you get a good rank then you will surely get a seat here.

Course Curriculum Overview

My father tells me to choose electrical engineering so I chose this course. For each subject there are 3 to 5 teachers are there. Their teaching level is so high average students can understand what they taught us. It is very difficult to pass the exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you are a hosteller you will get a scholarship of more than 35000 and if a day border then it will reduce to Less than 30000. You will get this scholarship only if you have scored more the 60% on your exam.

Campus Life

On the occasion of Biswas karma Pooja a big function is done here. Dj night etc are done. Annual sports are held in December. NCC etc is the group that is now going to start on our campus. The students who want to join can join NCC

Hostel Facilities

Good rooms are provided its very clean environment There are separate hotels for seniors and juniors. The meal is good they provide fish curry, chicken curry, and egg curry. For registration, they charge semester-wise hostel fees. If want to rent a room you have to go to the nearest town bhawanipatna to rent a room.

Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year

For the 5th semester the students will become eligible for the campus placements. DE shaw, dell, oracle, Infosys are the different companies. Highest package is 42lpa and average is 10 lpa. Almost 90% students get placements. I want to get placed in a well reputed company.

Placement Experience:

From the semister the students got good cgpa .and as paer the cgpa the company give offer to the students. There are many companies visit to our college like nalco ,tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. Around 90 percent students get placement in different company. My plan after getting degree to settle and live a happy and healthy life.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Comprehensive Review of Campus life at IIIT Bhubaneswar

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placementfrom the beginning of 7th semester. Major companies that visit include Oracle, Media.net, Tiger Analytics, Incture, Quantiphi, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Informatica and many others. The highest package offered was 24 LPA by Zscaler, while the average package for the electronics branch stands at 6 LPA. This year placements were affected by the recession, resulting in approx 100 students remaining unplaced.

In my previous comments I have already discussed about a lot of good points. So I need not say this is a good college. Still everyone has some bad qualities. It is universally true. So why to discuss anything bad.

Good college with faculty but now the standard is low.

Remarks:

The college management is very poor. Actually we saw that in our last year we got no principle and not even that you can see that the buildings are half build. The college faculties are helpful with some extent. Overall the college is good but not the best you can choose.

The Govt. College of Engineering College Internal Tour and Facility

I applied 3 colleges these are VSSUT, PMEC and GCEK . These 3 college i applied for electrical Engineering I got GCEK because it has more benefit for studing prurpose and getting placement it has better placement facility. Do smart work not hardwork

This college is situated in Kalahandi, Odisha & It has good faculty and also have TEQPUQE faculty & free GATE and AutoCAD coaching but this college has an average campus 0n the 10th of August I have my admission. As we reached the college it's was quite good.we entered the college building we see the notice board. In which all the details about admission and where it's was going to be conducted was written. We got to the admission hall there is lot of teachers and clerks were seating.Lots of students come for admission.After that admission process started they asked for ojee rank card,10th'12th certificate etc. After admission process was over we have alloted the hostel on that day evening. It comes under Biju Patnaik University of technology it's also a government college. From this year it's declared as autonomous by BPUT.I get the preferred branch that I wanted and it has good placement and has good faculty with TEQPUQE faculty support.
