Entrance Preview

To get an admission in this college for this course, the student should be of science background and should have atleast 45% of marks in class 10+2. The competition is very tough and the college conducts a common entrance test. I got admission through my AIEEE score because that was very good. I gave a round of interview and was given the offer letter after 2 weeks, when all the process was complete.

Course Curriculum Overview

The primary objective of the course is to develop the best engineers that would excel in the field they work in. The students are given a lot of assignments and practicals and half of their time goes in completing them. Rest half of the time goes in studying for tests and theory subjects are not that easy. But at the end of the day, the main thing that matters is that the course is very good and updated from time to time according to the needs of the industry.

College Events

A lot of events are held in the college. The college conducts a lot of competition also and send its finest students to compete with other students. A lot of our college students have been awarded at debate competitions, tech fests, rangoli competition and sports events like cricket match, football match and table tennis. The college encourages extra curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are amazing. Proper security is present and food mess is available all the time. Being a hostel student and an engineering students, its evident that we will feel hungry at night, and the cafeteria has a separate staff working at night who prepares yummy and tasty and hygienic food. Cost of food is also economical. Wifi facility is not available in the hostel.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Exam Structure

Exam structure of the college contains all the theoretical and practical examinations. The college conducts theory exams first and then practicals after a week when theory exams are over. This gives a gap of one week and enough preparation time and relaxing time. Students are graded fairly and I never felt that the marks were not given as per the performance.

Sunstone is planning placement for us as they promised a lest placement of 4lpa or more from the extra courses they are running and training is and also provides chances to sit in multiple interviews of companies. Companies like appzeto , even digit, Lancesoft many students git placement of 7lpa. After degree if I can get placement from sunstone sage I will get it or try to crack off campus placement.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Deom semester 2 students can avail for internship and from semester 4 students can avial for placements There are several companies like accentire, Infosys, tcs, learn flu, pcs pvt ltd, advikait, internslite, blucurcursor, rackbank etc It make about 280 offers The highest package is 11 lpa and average is 4 lpa 70 percent students get placed

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.
