Remarks

My colleges Admission process was good and every courses were available in my college and I prefer ba in economics and I pay 8000 per semester it occupies a big ground where everything is played and teaching facility is much more good than I expect students love to come college on daily bases and Admission process is done on its time and overall my college is best and teachers are well qualified the improvement which I want to see is that more hostel facilities must be created because students from every corner are comming in this college as it occupied approximately 2000 plus students

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose ba honors in economics because my strong subject was economics and I want to do PhD in economics.Teaching faculty is very talented in every courses and qualifications of teachers are much more like PhD and exam intervals were after 5 months but papers were not too easy medium type

Internships Opportunities

The companies which offers internship in our college are AICTE intership,NITI aayog,google summary intership etc They takes a test of students and who is best on test is taken out for the interships with good income

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a scholarship of 12000 pm scholarship scheme and the fee which we have to pay gives college back in scholarships so I just like it more and college creats events through which we can win a large amount and also take us to trips free

Campus Life

Annual fest was on singing some songs on stage and it is conducted every year in this college.Every type of book is available in the library section with no interest sports activities also takes place in this college as like football cricket volleyball etc govt degree college anantnag on whatsapp

Interview Experience

I didn't got a interview this college is free of exam process during admission means no admission tests to entry in college we have to fill up form and then some signs of office facility and we have to pay some money according to courses it good way which consumes less time to get admitted in college

About My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen the course myself but this year due to NEP we had 7 subjects which is kinda difficult for us to study .only 2 subject are main that are major and minor rest changes as per semester, so last year my multidisciplinary subject was Geography in 1st sem and then Geology in 2nd semester. There must be some changes in course. 1. Shortage must not be 75% it becomes difficult for students . 2. Teaching method must have to be improved.. Colleges have a semester of 6 months, they give information in 1 to 2 months and after some time in the semester, papers start..they should give some more time for preparation. The difficultly level of exams are not much... kinda easy paper . In minor exams the time limit is one hour and in major 2.5 hour . Sometimes time is problem too ... As I'm humanities student and we hv to write in length but sometimes due to time shortage weren't able to write much contents but overall my experience in college was good

Course curriculum in terms of relevance was so good as it added my options of further academic pursuits.every subject in the course was relevant to eachother.The course was good so in my opinion they don't need to do any further improvement but yes teaching methods was slightly old i suggest them to try AI methods in teaching and go more digital which I think will help the students.for exam timings they know the students have to give six semesters so students needs the proper time to prepare.

A Comprehensive Review for Anantnag's premier educational institution- Government Degree College, Khanabal.

I did not apply to any other college since this college is located in my vicinity and it appeared to be a balanced choice. This is because this college has all the features that a premiere educational institution must have like the smart classrooms, spacious classrooms, great faculty along with a good focus on extra curricular activities like seminars, debating, singing, dancing, gymnasium.
