Remarks

The eligibility criteria for the course are 50 percent in the 12th class. I find the application form on the main website of Chandigarh university. there are sports benefits to getting admission and get 50 % scholarships. No, the addmission process is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I have an interest in this course. The faculty-student ratio is 2:7. The qualification of the faculty was a master's degree in computer and the teaching method was good they focus on the practical portion.

Internships Opportunities

Amazon, Facebook, Google, cognition t, etc, Wipro, and many more companies offer internships and jobs with stipends. Basics of any one language and its application and data structure and algorithm with a good project.

Placement Experience

the students are eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. Various companies have visited until now i.e google amazon Qualcomm, etc... The highest package would be around 53 lakhs and the minimum would be 17 lakhs. 98% of the students get placed around every year. My plans after getting the degree would be to get a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The hike in the fees is 10000 thousand per year and the cost of the study is very high as compared to another college. the name of the scholarship is cut(Chandigarh university's common entrance test).there is no job for students in the college.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is razz matazz in November. There are many tech fests also every month. and there is a very big fresser party also. amenities in class are a bench, fans, light, and projector. There are many sports at Chandigarh university like football, cricket, etc. social groups in Chandigarh are the tech group and IEEE groups.

Placement Experience:

In our college we have the max amount of placement is 45 lakhs which is preety good for the student who got it. For placement they also train us for our communication skills , technical skills, general knowledge skills. They give chance to all the students to give the interview in which the company can interested in us. In the last semesters or last second semesters we can eligible for the placement. The companies visited in our college like MICROSOFT, TCS, AMAZON, GOOGLE, VIPRO, IBM. My plans after getting the degree is that to find the job for in-college placement. In BCA the companies can hier us in 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs package.

Best College in North India

Placement Experience:

I heard a lot about this college as this is the best college in north India for placement, which is true also, but not for mechanical. Only CS and ECE students get placed during campus placement, but wait, it's not that easy as the placement is done along with students of C.G.C Jhanjeri and Chandigarh University. So for every job, there are hundreds of students competing. Placement cells are very friendly and they help a lot during placement time and grooming sessions.

Placement Experience:

1) The students become eligible for placements in their last semester. 2)The companies visited are Microsoft, Tcs and lupin .there are no of offers made by the companies to various students. 3)The highest package is 30lpa and average package is 8lpa and profiles offered are of software engineer, software test engineer, etc. 4)Almost 80 percent of students got placed in every companies. 5)My plan is to do a master degree after my getting the degree.

A journey

Remarks:

Every thing have a good and a bad side in it. Let's take positive first. This university offers a great infrastructure and accommodation facilities. This university can be a heaven for sports lover. There are many clubs where you can show and enhanced your skills. Going through the negative prospective some times food of mess become a threat. And the faculty as I discussed earlier needs to be updated.

A honest review

When I was finalizing my decision, I compared my choosen college with the others on various parameters such as faculty, infrastructure, ratings, reviews, placements and extra curricular activities and co curricular activities and most importantly affordability that is fee structure. I haven't applied to any other colleges other than CU itself. The admission process of my college is eligibility that is you have to pass class 12th for my course bpt. If you opt for masters then you have to present a degree of bachelors for admission. The exam accepted for admission here in cu in cuchd, cuet,etc. if you clear any of these exams with good grades then you can get easy admission here in Chandigarh University. The cut off marks depends on the university itself. But try to score good to get admission here. The overall admission process for me was smooth from starting to the end.
